Please read this license agreement carefully before using Blur Face. By using the website and software, you are agreeing to be bound by terms of this license.

1. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Blur Face (“we” or “us”), for the Blur Face web application.

2. Ownership

Blur Face retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights therein.

We can change this agreement at any time without a special notice.

3. Restrictions

• Customer may not use, copy or distribute the Product without authorization, except for personal, non-commercial use as intended via the web interface.
• Customer shall not modify, copy or adapt the Product; reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Product.
• Customer shall not under any circumstances, remove or alter copyright notices or other features serving to identify the Product.
• Customer shall not hire out the Product to any third party for commercial purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Blur Face or its suppliers be liable to you for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever or any consequential, indirect, incidental damages, or any lost profits or lost savings, even if a representative has been advised of the possibility of such loss, damages, claims or costs or for any claim by any third party. The foregoing limitations and exclusions apply to the extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Nothing contained in this Agreement limits our liability to you in the event of death or personal injury resulting from negligence or for the tort of deceit (fraud).

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Blur Face's web site are provided "as is". Blur Face makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties. Further, Blur Face does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws in force in the State of California. The respective courts of California shall have jurisdiction over all disputes relating to this Agreement.
